1. Through our partnership with eShopWorld, International shoppers can opt to view products in their preferred local currency and guaranteed total order value including all applicable taxes and duties when checking out at www.mimco-accessories.com.
2. Visit www.mimco-accessories.com and confirm your preferred currency and delivery location. If at any time you wish to change these settings, you can choose from the dropdown menu within the header of the website (NOTE: this will clear your shopping bag).
3. To shop, add items to your shopping bag and click 'Checkout Now' to purchase. eShopWorld will calculate and display the total order value in your selected currency, including $9.95 AUD flat shipping rate and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs authorities in your destination region.

You cannot apply your MIMCollective benefits (rewards or free shipping) when shopping through the eShopWorld portal.
To apply your benefits when shopping through the international website, you must ensure you do not checkout through the eShopWorld portal.
A pop-up screen will prompt you to visit the eShopWorld portal but you must not accept and remain on the internal website.

Order totals will be calculated in $AUD.
Your order total will not include any import tax or duty charges. Any duties or taxes incurred upon delivery will be the responsibility of the delivery recipient prior to/upon delivery.To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from making the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed in the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

All Mimco deliveries are made by a registered courier and require a signature upon delivery, unless you provide authority to leave at the time of placing your order.
If you are not at the address to sign for your parcel at the time of delivery, It will be transferred to the nearest post office for collection within 7 business days before being returned to Mimco.

You can authorise us to arrange for your order to be delivered to your nominated delivery address without requiring a signature.
Simply select the box that reads: "Tick this box if you agree that our driver can leave the delivery if you are out" when you are at the checkout. Please ensure you review the terms and condition of this service. By doing so, the only confirmation of delivery that will be available and accepted to prove receipt will be obtained from the delivery driver. If you do not receive any items delivered via ATL (Authority To Leave) delivery, they will not be replaced or refunded unless otherwise required by law.

To avoid delays and disappointment we may fulfil your order from multiple locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders and delivered separately. You will receive email notifications with any order updates including your tracking information. You will not incur any additional shipping charges in the event of a split order. Orders purchased using Same Day Delivery will not be split.

While we always do our best to deliver your order within the timeframes indicated, we cannot guarantee these delivery times—especially during promotional and sale periods. Dispatch may also be delayed when verification or correction of your payment information is required prior to dispatch.

Occassionally, we offer pre-order. This allows customers to place orders before the stock has arrived.
Please read the description carefully to ensure you are happy to wait for the expected arrival period. The date is an expected delivery date, and may change, due to elements out of MIMCO's control. MIMCO will ship pre-order items as a priority once stock has arrived to our warehouse.
You will be charged at time of placing a pre-order. Pre-orders cannot be exchanged before delivery.
Same day delivery and Click & Collect are not available on pre-order items.
If your order includes both a pre-order item and other items, this order will be split and delivered separately under different tracking numbers. No additional shipping charges will be applied to split orders. You will receive an order confirmation email once the order is placed, and a follow up confirmation email when your items are shipped.
